Ordering and payment
Safe ordering
You can safely order parts from us. We have provided our webshop with an SSL certificate. This gives you the guarantee that your data is safe and cannot be viewed by third parties. With an SSL certificate, your data is sent encrypted, so that it cannot be "eavesdropped".
To guarantee the security of payments, we use payment platforms that are well secured and of course also use SSL certificates. SSL is currently the most secure and widely used encryption protocol on the Internet. This means that the data you provide (such as name and address, your iDEAL code or, for example, your credit card number) is encrypted so that it cannot be read or intercepted by third parties.

Delivery of your order
As soon as we have received your order and the payment has been received by us, we will process the order.
The order will be shipped within 3 working days via PostNL.
You can have the order delivered anywhere, including at work or, for example, at the neighbors or your garage.
Collecting your order yourself
You can also pick up the ordered parts yourself at the parts warehouse, Spaarpot 26 in Geldrop. The following rules apply to this:
You order and pay for the parts via the webshop.
You will receive a collection confirmation. Only then can you pick up the order in Geldrop.
You can also hand in any deposit items at the parts warehouse for members of DAF Club Nederland (see the rules of the game on this webshop).
You can only pick up the parts on the open warehouse days of the parts warehouse in Geldrop between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
You can find the open warehouse days in the agenda on this website and in the club magazine 'Variomatic'.
Payment options
With us you can pay your order securely online.
We offer the following payment methods:
1. iDEAL: With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way. You pay in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank. iDEAL can be used at almost every Dutch bank.
2. PayPal: With PayPal you can transfer money quickly and easily (also internationally).
3. Credit card: With your credit card you can easily and securely pay online worldwide. Moreover, almost all your purchases are automatically insured against loss, theft and damage. Consult the conditions of your credit card/bank for the exact conditions.

Deposit items
A deposit is levied on some webshop items, varying between €10 and €125. The deposit you pay will be refunded if you return (or send) the old item clean within 1 year after purchase, with the original invoice submitted to the parts warehouse in Geldrop. These old parts are then overhauled again. This is how we keep your DAF (or Volvo with CVT) running and the hobby affordable!
Please return the old parts clean and complete. After all, the part must still be reasonably capable of being overhauled. For example, with a pressure group/plate, the bottom plate/spring plate may not be cracked. And complete also means “assembled” (so not fully or partially disassembled). For questions about this, please contact the DAF Club Netherlands warehouse (magazijn@dafclub.nl).
14 days return policy
Have you ordered but is your order not quite what you expected? We understand that this can happen and therefore offer you a 14-day return policy. Of course you can also exchange the item. You can always contact us so that we can advise you on the right choice of item.
There are two options with us for the return (pre-notification by e-mail or telephone is not necessary):
1. Return to our location:
You can return an item free of charge within 15 days of receipt at the parts warehouse for members of DAF Club Nederland, Spaarpot 26 in Geldrop. This is only possible on open warehouse days between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. You can find the open warehouse days on www.dafclub.nl and in the club magazine Variomatic. Our employees are happy to assist you with advice. Take the internet invoice you received with your order as proof of purchase.
2. Return by return
You can return an item within 15 days of receipt, you do not have to report this in advance. Returns by return can be done by sending the items back to the address below:

The costs for returning an article to the D.C.N. are for your account, unless the wrong item has been delivered by us. To handle your return properly, we ask you to download and complete the return form via this link. On this you can indicate what your complaint(s) and wish(es) are, what your bank account number is, etc. After receipt of the item, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned items within 15 days.
Garantie
For the guarantee conditions, we would like to refer you to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery Stichting S.O.V. of 15 July 2015 and revised on 09-06-2019, in particular article 9.
