With more than 2,050 members and donors and the regular changes therein, keeping the membership file up to date is not easy. The activities include, among others:
- processing the application forms
- sending the welcome packs
- keeping track of address changes and changes to email addresses
- processing the cancellations and
- changing the data in the overall car management file.
All these activities are carried out by the member administration, in close cooperation with the secretary and the treasurer.
Members who are logged in can also change their details and those of their cars themselves via My DCN.
