Together with the other directors, the treasurer is responsible for the policy and management of DAF Club Netherlands (D.C.N.) and, together with the chairman and secretary, forms the day-to-day management.
The treasurer is primarily responsible for financial policy and for all financial transactions. The main tasks are:
- Drawing up the annual budget
- Reviewing and processing the budgets of the committee chairs
- Manage and monitor funds
- Checking and making all payments
- Carrying out the financial administration
- Collection of contributions
- Preparation of financial reports for the board
- Preparation of the annual accounts for the General Members Meeting
- Taking care of the insurance portfolio
In addition, the treasurer is also treasurer of the D.C.N.
Payment contribution
Members will receive a contribution invoice by email at the end of December. D.C.N. does not send invoices by regular mail. D.C.N. has a preference for direct debit, but we are also happy if you pay yourself on time via this website or via a bank transfer.
All new members are asked to issue a continuous SEPA authorization for direct debit of the amount due for the membership fee.
The annual contribution will then be automatically debited from your account in the first week of January. The treasurer takes care of this financial transaction. If you have not issued an authorisation, you can:
a) hand it over by downloading the authorization form and sending it to the treasurer.
b) transfer your membership fee yourself by bank transfer before 15 January.
There is no direct debit option for foreign members. Foreign members must transfer the membership fee themselves:
