A: To log in to dcnwebshop.nl, use your membership number as username and the password you'll find on your membership card. Please note, the membership number must always be entered as a 4-digit number, e.g. member number 1 must be entered as 0001, member number 252 as 0252, etc. The numbers 0 and 1 do not occur in the password and all letters are capital letters. If you are unable to log in, you can send a message to the webshop administrator, at least containing your member number and a short description of the problem. He will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. We strive to solve all problems within 24 hours, however this is not always possible and in special cases it can take a few days before you receive a response.
Q: I am not a member of DAF Club Nederland, can I still use the D.C.N. webshop?

A: Only the most requested parts can be ordered in the webshop. If a part is not available in the webshop, you cannot order it via the webshop.
